Sale Transaction Information
- Buyer pays closing costs in the amount of $350 for deeded weeks or $260 for non-deeded weeks. Please see 'Total Cost to Buy Today' in description for all fee's due at point of sale.
- Funds due shall be required within 72 hours of the buyer receiving the purchase contract and sale agreement (if more time is needed please contact us for approval BEFORE bidding).
- We prefer payment by personal check, money order, or bank certified cashiers check.
