You have two choices. One, you can fill out the Purchase Agreement online, or send us your contact information, the property you want, and we will send you a Purchase Agreement. In either case, you will sign the document and return it with a check for the amount that is in Exhibit A. If you prefer to use a credit card, we will send you a PayPal invoice. Note, there will be a 3% service charge if you use PayPal.
Once we have received your signed document and payment, the closing process commences. This process can take from as little as two weeks to as much as three months. The timeframe depends on the property, location, and the management company.
