The Suites at Polo Towers is a purpose-built resort, situated in the center of the famous Las Vegas Strip. Looking out from the resort's Skyview Lounge, guests are treated to views of incredible mega-resorts such as the MGM Grand, New York-New York, Monte Carlo, Bellagio, Paris, and Caesar's Palace. The suites are casual and contemporary, with fully appointed kitchens, televisions in each bedroom, and televisions, VCRs, and stereo systems in the living rooms. Concierge services, a health club, market, swimming pool, and spa are among the on-site amenities
Sale Transaction Information
- Buyer pays closing costs in the amount of $350 for deeded weeks or $260 for non-deeded weeks. Please see 'Total Cost to Buy Today' in description for all fee's due at point of sale.
- Funds due shall be required within 72 hours of the buyer receiving the purchase contract and sale agreement (if more time is needed please contact us for approval BEFORE bidding).
- We prefer payment by personal check, money order, or bank certified cashiers check.
- Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal. PayPal charges us 3% of the total for this service, therefore we require that you include the service fee when paying via PayPal.
